Form-release fluids for concrete formulated by Lubritalia and aimed at the construction industry (in particular those dedicated to reinforced concrete), can be whole or emulsifiable. They allow for unmold easily the concrete from the formwork, giving uniform appearance, sharp edges e without stains; protect the formwork from oxidation and wear, including joints, both steel and rubber. This guarantees perfect formwork removal of the artifacts.
Whole release fluids
They absorb the water present in the concrete, drying the layer in contact with the formwork, thus inhibiting the adhesion of the concrete to the formwork and facilitating its demoulding. They can be mineral-based or synthetic-based to safeguard the health of the operator.

Emulsifiable release agents
These concrete release fluids are used mainly for wooden formwork. The release agent, used in emulsion (5-20%) creates a patina that isolates the wood and its porosity, facilitating the detachment of the artifact.
