Simulations
To formulate and possibly customize a product at its best, it is an excellent practice to simulate the processing and set up the environment. Lubritalia has equipment that allows for realistic simulations of the most diverse work or environmental situations.
Below, for example, we have, among other instruments, a salt fog chamber (ASTM B 117), a spray chamber (UNICHIM # 457), a humidostatic chamber (ASTM D 1748).
Equally important is the creation of tools designed to simulate the problems encountered in mechanical processing: such as eg. a machine that simulates the pollution of a feeding tank of a machine tool with guide oil.
For 20 years in Research & Development
The February 20 2004 at Lubritalia has achieved compliance with the new quality standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2000, obtaining the extension of its field of application also to Research and Development activities (LABORATORY), following the principle of continuous improvement which constitutes its basis and reference. Subsequently, it has also adapted its QMS to the 2008 scheme (current reference). With respect to the market and all interested parties, the certifications obtained are the demonstration of the company's desire to pursue prevention and compliance with the rules in order to strengthen the image and relationships with its employees, with Customers and with the community in which it operates.
